Reporting Sponge_Bob

Hello! I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to report a user named @Sponge_Bob. I started my correspondence with him halfway through, as there was a different staff handling our account temporarily before I transitioned over for this role. We have taken great care in accommodating @Sponge_Bob with his requests; However, our staff has decided to permanently suspend him due to repeat instances of him scamming his buyers.

His modus operandi is to:
- After earning payment from a sold account, he will reclaim the account from the buyer
- He will then offer the account again under a different PlayerAuctions username, and include a letter or two to the login name of the game account he is selling in order to bypass our game account inspection

Due to repeated incidents of scamming, he was suspended last April 14, 2017. He has, since then, asked us to disburse his pending payments; however they were held off as part of his suspension due to repeatedly scamming people in a blatant manner.

He has posted in the PlayerAuctions Resolution Thread twice, discouraging people from using our services. Here is the link to his (2nd) post:

We've had instances like this before where we resolved the issue and we never asked for the user to take the negative posts down, as it stemmed from the customer's dissatisfaction.

However, @Sponge_Bob's is different because he deliberately scammed people and made attempts to discourage people from using PlayerAuctions. We'd like to ask if it's possible to take the posts down, and if it's also possible to give Sponge_Bob a warning about the posts. We make an effort to reach out and really help people, but we feel it's an entirely different scenario if the user is intentionally scamming people.
