Read carefully what @sebbyisftw wrote in his PM.
He wrote "your skype: moe_995" which is not your Skype.
The user you were trading with was not sebbyisftw but someone who is known to imposter scam alot of people.
His Skype username can be found in this thread: https://www.sythe.org/posts/15001140/

Therefore you weren't scammed by sebbyisftw but by someone pretending to be him.
Always make sure to carefully check PM confirmations and when possible request a part of the chatlog too.

 

I think you got scammed by an imposter unfortunately.

Notice how in this screenshot sebby says your Skype is moe_995, and that his Skype is spicygpsales. In your trade screenshots you traded with moe_995 which is not sebby, but the imposter. What probably happened was that the imposter messaged both you and sebby, and then asked sebby to PM you.
