Reporting Rot Q and Nastynate669

So I was looking to buy a max main, and I see a post about a level 123, found here: http://www.sythe.org/threads/123-co...a-reviews-35-accs-sold.1991891/#post-16295475
Later, I realize I see a post and its a level 123, so I look and I see that these 2 accs for sale are exactly the same. the other thread: http://www.sythe.org/threads/selling-level-123-main-account.2006411/
From the ban meter, to stats, these accs are exactly Identical. so I do a quick search of the username found in this pic http://prnt.sc/b81eyu and see this: http://www.sythe.org/threads/list-o...e-click-to-report-recovered-accounts.1545734/ you can see he says he got it off nastynate669 and it got recovered. So yeah idk why they have the same acc, the screenshots were taken by 2 different people and something fishy is happenin.

not exactly what the problem is, they both are selling the account actively, so its more of how are they each selling it? there can only be one owner right?
