Reporting Rose_2Hot

So here's the deal. Rose_2Hot puts up a thread saying she is selling OS RSGP. She says she will go first IN THE THREAD. I message her on Skype confirming if it's $2.8/M.She says yes. Great. She asks for it to be on Western Union. Fantastic. I ask her to go first, she refuses. I ask her why is she refusing. She says she wants an MM. Okay. Sure. We both try to find one. After a bit, I find an MM on Powerbot who's willing to do it. She refuses the Powerbot MM. Okay, fair enough. She suggests an unofficial MM, which I'm not okay with. I don't trust those. I've had Sythe accounts in the past and I've been scammed by them for large quantities.





My friend tells me to use an MM (who's name escapes me now) and tells me his Skype name. I get him and the girl in a group chat and the moment the MM appears, she backs out and (through her broken English that I couldn't understand, leads me to believe that she thinks I'm a scammer) leaves.


Later, she messages me and tells me that it was all a misunderstanding. Apologizes and says she's willing to go first, as her thread originally said. I say fine.



She asks for me to take down my scam report, and then she'll do the trade. I had no problem with that. Instead, though. She stalls longer until finally, she blocks me.

To make a long story short, she stalls for 1 hr + as I'm doing other side work (non-RS related) and pretty much laughs and puts up her own bogus report.

Her reading comprehension is shit (taken from her own scammer report of me)

 

I can't ban her or give her a TwC for refusing to trade with you.

1. We can't force them to go first to you, whether or not she said we should go first is irrelevant, especially seeing you have no trust on this site, I can't blame her (safe trading).
2. We don't force people to use MMs and they are free to refuse them, especially free middlemen. If they agree to an OMM then back out when the OMM enters the trade, that would be grounds for a TwC.
