    Hi im reporting regrets scamming 10b soulsplit gp for 21$

    we talked on skype i agreed to go 1st because he had some vouches & i dont, even tho ive been around sythe since 2007..i paid the 21$ & he then said his partner would be meeting me w7 ge by mandrith, i wait about 5minutes & no one showed so i messaged him again, he said he had to walk to the gas station real quick he would brb...15minutes go by & finally i threaten to chargeback & he replys telling me to fuck off & charge back hes not giving me anything...
