Reporting Two suspicious individuals

Two similar Sythe 07 accounts:

If you look at the accounts they look almost identical. Not to mention the account could have easily been trained up to make it look as if they aren't the same but if you look at the majority of the stats then they are the same.

Obviously I'm banned from Sythe and I doubt they've scammed anyone but I feel this is TWC worthy.

One of their skypes matches a banned user anyways so if they're the same person they both need ban, if not just Cranq.

I don't see enough evidence (also looking at the IP locations) to ban noscoped1 as well, I did however ask him to message me some additional pictures of his account to prove it's his.
