Ah, so now you're applying your emotions of being hassled about the whole thing and using an irrelevant question to try and make me seem like an idiot. Why is it so hard for you to complete a simple task of removing my dnt? You have no proof I recovered it, and no proof that he still owns it. Furthermore there is still zero proof that he bought the account from me. (bc he didn't, it was given to him for free). So unless you have something on me other than the word of a dnt user that refused to pay someone he scammed back, then I see no reason why we need to continue this conversation. Put your ego to the side for a minute bud.

I just finished filling out the recovery. I honestly think you're being paid by him to side with him on every part of this whole situation so clearly stating fact will get me nowhere bc you already have your mind made up.

I guess we shall see in a bit.

Why would I remove the DNT if you can't prove to me that you don't have the account? The report was brought up, i tagged you in it and waited approx 18 hours before DNT'ing you. This isn't normal BTW, normally most people are DNT'd instantly upon receiving some type of proof of a scam. The proof at the time was the OP attempting to contact you on skype (yes you claim that you don't use skype anymore but that is not said anywhere on your sythe profile so how would anyone know). And it seems as if you were instantly denied from the appeal, if you are truly the original owner this shouldn't happen. You haven't moved geolcation wise since the sale of the account so it really shouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately for you, the OP claims he doesn't have the account, you claim you don't, your only hope is to recover the account for the OP to gain him back access or to come to an agreement. Seeing how your not as involved in the market anymore I am sure you haven't seen our updated rules on account sales, which i will quote below if you do choose to correct this situation in a proper manner. Please let me know your decision in your next post.

• The selling of hacked, cracked, and phished accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.

• You may only sell Old school RuneScape accounts in this section.

• You must clearly state if you are the original owner or not before trading. Users are free to ask who the original owner is before trading.

• An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the seller and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before a sale occurs.

• Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility forever.

• Users may only have one thread in this section, if you wish to buy and sell accounts you will need to merge the threads together.

Yea, I figured proving I couldn't help him wasn't going to do anything. You said and I quote "@rareee you'll need to ATTEMPT to recover the account to @divinesebby possession. the dnt will be lifted when this has been completed, not before. thanks." I attempted yet you still aren't satisfied. Also I would assume that new rules wouldn't apply to a transaction in which an account was given for free, over 2 years ago. I made the attempt, it failed. You're saying that a recovery attempt fail means what exactly? I did as I was asked.
If you wanna stay sided with his word over mine, that's fine do what you will because either way I no longer sell accounts or anything else for that matter. As long as I can still get pms and help anyone else that may run into problems, I'm set. Guess we are both rocking that dnt tag @divinesebby , Cheers for that!

Did divine not trade you the ironman account you sold him for the account? if not please elaborate

No. I sold him an ironman years ago, I then decided I wanted it back so I bought it back from him. While talking about the trade back he was kinda bummed bc he didnt have another account to play on. So after I got my ironman back I pm'd him a little while later and offered to give him that main account since he was so generous selling me my ironman back for no charge, as I only cared about ironman at that point. ( and still do ) Now here we are.

I don't recall ever helping you recover it before wtf? If I did It clearly would of been denied, and would of shown up on the email screenshot.

Ah yes, that was the other time you sold the account to someone and had me recover it only to tell me that information later. The recovery was sent to a different email not the original. Also that same one got denied multiple times which is why it took so long, but I did attempt to recover the account yesterday with no luck.

Awesome, regardless we don't allow the "giving away" of accounts here for this very reason. Seeing as no one can prove who has the account, and Raree can't seem to be able to recover the account. The DNT placed on you @rareee will remain as the account you "gave away" is no longer in @divinesebby possession, as he claims, and your unable to recover it, for whatever reason.

Giving away accounts: Threads or posts giving away accounts should be reported and will be closed with a result of an infraction to the original thread poster. We do not allow accounts to be given away; it's a scam as they will be recovered later on.
