Reporting Phatalize

Reporting user: phatalize
Problem: I bought a rs07 pure from phatalize few months ago.
Now I decided to resell it since I dont want to play on it anymore.
But phatalize is asking me 150$ for something that has to be free of charge (helping recovering the account to the user who I sold to if the account gets locked or hacked even after I resell it to someone else).
I have talked about this with @Astro @Chloe and they have confirmed that Phatalize should be held responsible.
Can you guys make this clear to phatalize that he is responsible and has to help recover to the person who I sell to?
Because Phatalize keeps telling my buyers who were interested in buying the account, that he isnt responsible for the account anymore because its not his account anymore.

@phatalize if anything is untrue what I said here please reply with proof.

Yes your opinion has been posted just waiting on other staff to help out as well, I've heard many contradictory statements and continue to prove why I don't want to be attached to this sale.

 

You're not attached to this sale, however if the account gets recovered, you'll be responsible for it since you're the only person that could've recovered it.

 

Then why was the account already recovered when the OP came to ask me for help, jagex makes recoveries very easy, it's just the fact that I'm OO which make me win the final recovery

You are the one who had to recover the account since my email was hacked and they stole my account.
I kept getting denied for few weeks straight so I gave up all hopes and contacted you.

 

Which is why I wouldn't want to continue to be involved with the account, I'm held responsible for an account that has info leaked and is no longer secure? If any other mods could Comment that would be appreciated.

 

What info has been leaked?
