Explanation of the trade: Rank upgrade for 768M 07 debt from scammed winnings

Amount scammed: 768M 07
How they scammed: Over a month ago Bert and his entire clan GP Casino were scammed by the developer Rune Gold. When these scams took place I was scammed 768M 07 by the rigged casino bot. I did my part as a rank and aided LARGELY in exposing the scamming developer which ultimately resulted in Bert receiving a refund from Big Boi Bets valued at over 4B+ Gold.

Bert was then placed without a developer and multiple ranks in his discord with no way of hosting anymore. Bert refunded everyone who was scammed in the way they chose appropriate. Foolishly, I agreed to take a Rank upgrade instead of my gold back. Bert upgraded my rank from Bronze Star with a 250M 07 max to Silver Star with a 500M 07 max. I knew that there was no bot at this time but I also knew that in the past once the bot had been running we were doing quite well as a clan. I was under the impression that the bot would be finished as soon as possible.

Myself along with other ranks all waited for weeks for Bert to come through on his promise. Bert had a vacation planned for Europe with a duration of two weeks and the bot still had not been finished before his depature. I voiced my concerns in discord to Bert as well as leptin regarding the bot not working and the status of the money I had spent on my rank upgrade; as at this point I had not even gotten to take a bet NEAR the value of my rank. I hadn't even gotten to take a bet half of the maximum of my old rank.

Before leaving for Vacation, Bert was able to pry 55x2 and 44x2 bots from our developer Shin and was promised a deadline of June 27th for the rest of the material. When Shin hadn't delivered on his end of the deal, I reported him on sythe for poor business practices. Shin has still not came through on the full development of the bot to this day, so clearly that report was for a good reason.

Two days after the report had been closed at the request of Bert; Bert tells me that he will be deranking me from his clan. His reasoning for doing so was that Shin had refused to continue coding for him without punishing me for my "actions". Essentially Bert was placed between a rock and a hard place and deranked me. At this point in time, I had not even gotten to TEST the new bot aspects aside from 55/44x2 . I feel that it was unfair for Bert to sell me the upgrade in rank under the false impression that the casino would be running regularly again at the soonest convenience and then take my rank away before I even got a chance to host in the revamped establishment in which I bought the rank in.

Bert and I had an agreement for the Bronze star actually. I had purchased a 3 Bar rank from him for his swap clan for 100M 07 and a 50M monthly advertisement to Duck's trading discord. When the gambling clan had opened I had a conversation over text message with bert telling him that I thought I deserved more. In exchange for the bronze star I told Bert that I would advertise GP Casino on my sythe, and my gold website. Bert never purchased a video so the only advertisement on my website was the chat trigger, which he said was fine. My sythe had a GP Casino signature and a status message with reference to GP Casino; this Bert also considered fine. Which means that I met the terms for the bronze star rank, and that I paid that off so the statement regarding the money being for that rank is irrelevant.



During the duration of my time at GP Casino/ChangeGP Bert's swapping establishment he has had multiple ranks. He has Fired/Deranked 5+ Ranks for nonsense reasons. Which I will list below;

Estimate -> Deranked from ChangeGP for going on vacation, no refund given and clan closed.
Gun -> Deranked for leaving Bert's discord due to the inactivity of the discord and it not meeting his expectations.
Twacket -> Deranked from GP Casino for betting in another establishment. No refund given.
Wayne -> Deranked from GP Casino for trying to bet on sports slips that were invalid (hosts are supposed to check the slips before posting them, this could have easily been avoided and may have been unintentional)
Fit -> Deranked for posting a report on the GP Casino developer for poor business practices when they failed and still fail to meet their deadlines multiple times.

there was also another rank whom I can't remember the name of that was ranked initially in the swapping clan but then had his rank stripped when we moved to the new discord. He was not compensated or refunded either.

It is with great sadness that I am making this report, I thought that Bert and I were friends and I thought that it was unfair of him to de-rank me without trying to work things out first. I also believe that it is unfair of Shin to present Bert with such an ultimatum but that is irrelevant in this report. I feel that I was wronged by Bert as the establishment was NOT fully functioning and therefore my "Rank Upgrade" was 100% pointless as the bet volume was low to none for the entire duration of my time as a "Silver Star" in Bert's clan.

 

Last time I checked I can report whomever I like via Sythe. Also, the statements regarding paying back debts from previous scams is invalid. There are no previous scams in which I am required to pay back any debts that have been brought to my attention. Anything regarding my ban evading you knew FAR in advance as I sent you multiple screenshots and documented evidence any/everytime you may have questioned me. I originally bought into your establishment for swapping UNDER THE NAME that is involved in the reports you are referencing . You can't claim that is a reason to derank me as you hired me knowing everything that you know today. You took my upgrade fee as well knowing all of this.

You're clearing extorting ranks in your clan and firing ranks just to hire new ones due to the lack of business in your casino. Your only income is from people buying ranks. You have clearly been abusing your power as an owner to gain free rank buy ins for a long period of time.

 

The report is in reference to you kicking me which is why it was posted after I was kicked... I don't know how you can't see that, but I'm reporting you for charging me for a rank that was never used. As I stated in our conversation all I wanted was for you to respect me as you had said that you did by returning my money as we can both agree what you did was wrong with reference to the rank upgrade. You didn't even have a bot for 3 weeks, then you only had two of eight games that I paid for.

I'm not being a "salty snake rat ass bitch", I'm reporting you as I feel just.

PS.. The reasons given are not false, those individuals were all deranked for the reasons listed above as supporting evidence states and I can get more evidence upon request .

 

I'll leave this to the mods; I'm not a scammer and can give you documented evidence to support that as well. I never scammed or wronged anyone within any establishment let alone your own so please keep irrelevant comments to yourself :/

 

I would fully agree to that statement had you actually had an operational establishment for me to use my rank within. We sat there and took 2m 07 bets while you spent our buy in money on vacation. You didn’t come through on your end and all I asked was a fair 50% refund.

 

I would just like to post that this line here is total bull shit. He got deranked because you were on his ass at every little mistake and made sure he got deranked. You were salty that people earned their rank and didn't buy it and wanted him gone.

 

@Fit Recovered a Runescape account (Aid) off me yesterday (After being kicked from The GP Casino) and forcefully sent me $300. I paid $750 for this account that never BELONGED to me meaning he always disagreed to changing the email. Earlier that day I did also login and the password was changed So i guess He was trying to see if there was anything on the account for him to take off which there was not. He then 'recovered' the account for me and then later kicked me off it and sent me $300 when I asked for $1000. I have worked very hard on the account Including achieving 99 stats getting a quest cape etc.
Scammer 100%.

I am ONLY writing this to make people aware. I bought this account from him off Discord since he was a 'good friend'. I am as we speak gathering all the information I can to post my Own Scam Report against @Fit.

@Bert Does not owe him anything as he upgraded his rank with his own will and was not forced into it. I know myself Bert does not refund and it is in the rules.

All the other reasons for the other ranks apparently being unfairly deranked is total bullshit as I was there the whole time.

@Fit Called @Bert Personally on his day off to get @Wayne777 deranked. Wayne is now in the process of becoming a rank again in the GP Casino. You clearly asked for him to be deranked but you are now saying it was an unfair DERANK??

@Bert is 100% fair towards his ranks and a very good Leader.

 

You are owed nothing from @Bert and since you recovered the account you sold @M3HM37 it is you who now owes money. Go figure
