Explanation of the trade: 30m 07 for BTC
How they scammed: It's been 2 hours since I have traded him 30m 07 and I still don't have the bitcoin. He says that he forgot to pay the miners fee and now it will take 24 hours for my coins to arrive. I would appreciate if you guys would restrict him in the meantime.
