    he sent me his pictures within seconds of me asking and he sent it from a phone and isnt even home right now lol

    That was the time of the refund compared to the current time it was for him;

    His argument was you only refunded it as soon as i made this report, which i asked for proof and he showed me the picture of the time he sent at and a picture at the time it was refunded at and it corresponds with the time of the report

    Let me explain. Ok it was like 45 minutes after first of all.
    2nd the payment was going to clear in 20 days from today IF i did not refund it. 3rd he attempted to scam a fake photo and say it clears today which is the 3rd of july and even when i showed him screenshot of the email he claimed it was fake.
    Now tell me what the hell would i want from his Payment for items and goods that clears 20 days later (MEANS IT WAS NOT IN MY BALANCE AND WOULD NOT BE FOR ANOTHER 20 DAYS AND BY THEN HE WOULD HAVE TOLD PAYPAL AND THEY GET IT FOR HIM).
    Maybe the brackets will help.

    That means your paypal wasnt verified lol. It only takes 21 days as goods/service if the recipients paypals not verified

    And I still don't think he faked pics he's a genuine buyer he doesnt have a friend/family option thats why he was sending it as goods/service

    ive even sent in bank statements ID and everything they asked me for..
    Dont use excuses and say i am not verified.

    Ive never heard of somebody on PayPal not having a family and friends option btw.
    You guys are clearly friends trying to get me banned..

    Lol we're not i can prove how our conversation started and stuff

    And lots of paypals don't have friend/family options like singapore paypals, ukraine, some business paypals
