Not sure if correct area to post. I would appreciate a mod to chime and let me know. Early April I had purchased a low level void account and had received the original email which left me with some false sense of security. I immediately changed the email bound to the account to my own, changed password to original email, reset password two times, and enabled the authenticator feature. I had paid 30mil for the account. Roughly two months later, tens of millions spent on the account and many hours spent training and questing, it had been recovered all of a sudden. Nobody else had password. Very strong password. Somehow bypassed authenticator, and managed to change the bound email to something of his own without me having any notifications. I'm fairly confident the only person that could have done this is the account maker with the first password and first membership credit card details, which would have been Wangatron. Over 60m in cash and items on the account and out the account which I had gotten literally millions of exp myself wasted.
If any mod reading this is able to take any sort of action, I have the sythe conversation and Skype conversations if needed. Also its worth knowing that his account was not "banned" before I purchased the account. Thanks for reading.
