Reporting Killswitch - Moderator actions used incorrectly

User who I am reporting: Killswitch
Backstory: So 1 month ago, I got issued some warnings by a moderator called Killswitch for spamming. I did contact the moderator who gave me these warnings and he described that I was spamming and giving free bumps which is against the rules. I symphasized with the moderator and I wanted to give him a chance because all anime lovers are like that. They are backseat moderators because they are watching their favourite animes. Anyway I let him carry on doing what he was doing until today when I went to check my profile and the expiry was meant to be yesterday when they are still active on my account today. These infractions should be expired and yet they still exist on my account.

I am not asking for the user to be banned as I feel this is not right considering it is a minor offence. He did not know that he accidentally set these warnings as permanant rather than to expire at a specific deadline. I'd rather he gets a Moderate with Caution rank so the Sythe community knows that they should be careful of this moderator. I'd also like these infractions removed because they are not meant to be there. I did not donate $100 for these infractions to permanantly stay on my account. I donated $100 so that I could be more active after the infractions were expired but if they are going to remain on my account then I have just wasted my $50 donation.

note that they're grey and not white, grey infractions means they're expired. White ones mean they are active. @Seraphic

I do agree that the warnings (4) is litterally the most annoying shit I've ever encountered on any forum.

 

I know, it has kind of put me off since they should be Warnings (0) since they are expired and shouldn't count towards anything.

 

I checked your profile, and the warnings have already expired. The (4) is just the count of all warnings, expired or otherwise.

As to the 'moderate with caution rank'. The TwC rank tells other users to trade X with caution. A moderate with caution rank would tell other users to moderate X with caution. Since non-moderators do not moderate, I'd suggest coming up with a better name. If you do come up with a better name, post it in the spam forum, not here.
