Reporting - Not a pker

Hi there, I am reporting user Not a pker, we made a agreement today as shown here, and as you can see he confirm i had paid him in this post below on sythe.

It has now been more then 7 hours, and during this time he has only gotten 2 levels. His sythe account has been banned, and I wake up to messages on discord of him asking my friends for Osrs gp. I can provide photos of this if needed, but i do have skype messages that i will post below of him confirming one of his " workers " is scam quitting apparently.





This is just confirming his pm on his skype name to the skype messages




I'm lucky it wasn't a lot of money, just willing to add more of a reason to his ban.
