    I recently purchased an account off of divine's website - for 60.94usd. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the details i were sent were access to an already banned account. It took him a very long time to respond to my queries and all he said he could do was refund me credits on his site. He gave me an extra five usd in credits and said that was all he could do and that it was strictly credited in the TOS. I was ok with this refund but upon further research (looking at TOS - refund policies etc) i came to the conclusion that purchasing an already banned account and consequences of that were not listed in the TOS. So i began to express my discomfort and asked if i could just get a full refund. After a while of trying to get a response from him i was greeted with very rude and blunt one liners. He repeatedly ignored a majority of messages from me trying to sort out a deal. I then took it to paypal and opened a dispute on the purchase. One day later i was greeted by several threatening messages from him pretty much pointing out that i am a fraud and will be punished. He banned me from his site and blocked me on discord. I have now taken the dispute down as i am not bothered to fight this paypal case as topdog has threatened several things and i am unaware of any ramifications if i am in the wrong.

    We did not exchange any Sythe pm's and i just added him through the discord he put in his advertisement.

    And if someone can let me know if i should try and still get a refund off paypal or if im in the wrong.

    1. You purchased a SpawnPK account that sat among our active inventory that was checked upon purchase that it was unbanned/ready for sale - Upon purchase you spammed me with 20-30 messages stating the account was banned and started freaking out - This sort of thing happens fairly often in the specific niche of RSPS accounts as sometimes when describing accounts for sale on our site it allows RSPS staff to pin point what account is for sale - While we try to prevent this it isn't always possible - The account was tied to a RWT ban for selling the account and was thus banned by Spawnpk staff.

    2. Upon hearing the account was banned - I asked you for evidence showing that the account was banned pre your purchase - You provided this evidence and after judging it was satisfactory I issued you your purchase price of $60.00 USD + $5.00 FREE CREDIT for the inconvenience and disappointment you expressed(within 20 minutes I might add).

    3. I offered to specifically look for an account that you would like to rectify the situation and keep you a happy customer - Potentially willing to pay more to acquire a new Spawnpk account to your desired specficiation.

    4. I *already* discounted the account upon you buying it from $70 to $60 as is so that you could buy it.

    Here is our entire unedited conversation(I have nothing to hide):

    As you can see I discounted the price upfront, upon hearing there was an issue I established proper evidence, I then took action and issued a refund +$5 to you and suspended the seller of the account, I then offered to specifically look for an account that you desired(not 24 hours ago) for you to spend that balance on, you then proceeded to file a chargeback against our company because you didn't "like the policies" that YOU agreed to upon purchasing, which costs us money whether we win or lose it - I then told you that it was very stupid to file a chargeback and that we don't lose them(we never have) and I than proceeded to inform you that once we win the chargeback that we would consult Sythe staff about what to do in regards to your funds.

    I'd like to hear anyone reading this or OP or staff inform me of any possible way I could of provided better customer support than what was given - I was extremely understanding to say the least. I didn't even block you I just unfriended you as I was in bed about to sleep and I kept getting pinged on my phone.

    Sorry if you feel all the above is not "up to scratch" customer service - I doubt you'd of received such good support anywhere else on the planet.

    Edit: In the last screenshot you can see me say "In regards to your sythe ban" - Just to clarify I intended to report him for the chargeback tomorrow as I was on mobile as I said above in bed. You also clearly see me state "once we win we'll figure out what to do with you(referencing the ban I was going to report him for the chargeback)" than "We'll talk to sythe staff about what to do with your funds" - in reference to what would occur upon us getting his money - Aswell as the fact we intended to call PP due to his fraud(chargeback - which we do) and that he was turned over to the fraud team(which he was) All completely valid responses for someone who was attempting to defraud our company.

    But there is no policy on purchasing already banned accounts in your T0S.

    I agreed to the entire TOS - purchasing an account and being refunded if it is RECALLED BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

    I've patched the loophole in our TOS.

    The refunds been processed and you'll see it within I'd say 8-12 hours maximum.

    This is a joke of a report for a joke of a loophole.

    I've patched this.

    Matters resolved I'm going to bed.

    Also you put a bloody impostor discord as my discord in your report - Way to go.

    Whatever staff handles this please edit the title - Thanks.

    The irony of someone using a loophole against me was not lost. Don't worry. I'll go ahead and chalk this one up to poetic irony.
