As you can see he is

-Merio_aus_hubba is his skype ( He still has yet to pay back the victim on PB)
He claims I wanted to scam or 600m but he traded me 32m and wanted my paypal code.
some stupid trading method and claims "Jagex somehow found my mules, blocked them, and asked me whether I was willing to give them access to my recordings of Trades or have my accounts and all associated ones banned" << Complete Horseshit

Simple ban evader that couldn't scam me successfully so now the person is mad and reported me for nothing.

Currently Threatening to get me Swatted WIll upload photos shortly
