    Explanation of the order: Looking for starter HCIM trainer
    Amount scammed and needs to be refunded: 100M - Imgur
    How they scammed: This person clearly has no intention to level my account and complete the order. Initially he stated that he plays 7 hours a day, after the first few days of not playing at all, i asked why he had not done any progress and just states that he doesn't play those 2 days (Sunday and monday) when it came to Tuesday it was 8 PM his time , and there was literally no progress, i asked again, whats going on, and he came up with some excuse. I gave this person another chance to prove himself to atleast do some progress within a 1 week time frame of achieving 1-62 agility, but all he has done was 1-39 agility. Yesterday, over the course of 24 hours he achieved 39-41 agility which would not take 7 hours. I will provide all screenshots and him admitting to refund me for his clear intention to not do the order.

    Imgur - Literally shows how lazy this guy is. Getting the customer to do his own order? What? I was happy to help out early on because i was being generous.

    Imgur - Literally ghosting me and coming up with excuses. During this time, i found out he was commenting on multiple threads asking to do power levelling orders for people,(Go look at his posts if you don't believe me) whilst not doing anything on my account. Which proves he has no intention of completing my order much more.

    Imgur - He can't be serious.

    Imgur - Last chance i gave him before i asked for a refund.

    Imgur - Harry admitting to not fulfilling his intentions of completing the order,
    and asking for a time frame for a refund.

    I would like a refund please.

    @harrylolxd has been TWC'd (once again) for poor trading practices.

    For the record there was a similar unreported situation.

    I really hope that you will finish all your orders within a reasonable time frame, or refund your customers before they make a report, so that we won't have to apply a DNT again.
