Story: i hired drquest in order to do some questing and skilling for me i was paying him in incriments he did 3.1m worth i paid 3.1m did 5m worth i paid 5m etc. about 50% of the way through he asked me to change the password because his worker did the agility for me so i did so. and then he continued on the account. attempted to log on today and the account was banned i asked him if he botted he said ya his worker botted the agility and he assumed i knew. the pictures of our entire convo is below, allthough only like the last 3 pictures will matter because he admits to it. and then at the end he said i owe him another 1.5m

the total i paid him was 8.1m thus far

i do have a pm from him confirming the order but i had sent my username/password through that so wasn't sure if i should post a pic of that here.

Ok first of all you never asked me to NOT bot on your account directly , and the botting thing happened 2 days ago , and today it got banned , and the service was done and the levels were achieved , how you're asking for a refund for this now ?
and YOU still owe me 1.5M you're refusing to pay , and you're ignoring me on skype .
and you're posting on my questing thread , where you make all my customers go away , that is not a good idea .
you should control yourself over 1.5m worth of services ..
and ofcourse i will admit that it got bot on your account it is not a secret and you never warned / said no to be botted on .

 

for one not the entire service was done, and ofcourse i didnt ask u to not bot because thats a given. why would i ask someone to bot on my account when thats a given. i could have just botted my self and not paid u for the skills... and the account got banned because of it and i didn't lie i mentioned above that u requested me to pay the remaining 1.5m for the 2 quests that u did after the botting happened.

 

ok just to clear things up , it is 2 days ban , and you said it is alrite , but when i refused to refund you the services i have gotten for you , you report me , that is nice ... and you use my services under your risk im not responsible if it gets banned . and I never said it will be hand done .

And you still owe me 1.5m .

 

i just want the mod's to come to a clear solution of this. how are you not responsible for a ban if u bot on the account. if that were the case anyone could just charge training services, not mention weather its hand done or botting bot the hell out of the account and hope to get the skill before its done to get payment and then not worry about anything else if the account gets banned the next day.

so i should refund the skilling service which his account was affected by ?
because this service was a combination between some skilling and alot of quests .
but i never offered skilling services in my thread , he came and asked me if i would get it for him so i agreed , but i dont provide or offer skilling services in general ..

 

You will need to provide a full refund. Even if only some of the service was botted (which is also impossible for us to confirm or pinpoint), the skilling + questing were still to be completed as part of the same service, and the end result - that his account was temp banned for botting - is the same

 

It is not impossible to pin point what has been botted on the account as what has been done on the account is all questing and only 1 skilling which is agility from 1-35 , and I dont provide skilling service he came to me and asked for it so that what happened ..
I see that it is not fair to refund for the quests i have done too, the fair thing is to refund him the skilling part of this service .

 

The way I see it is that Kadabras ordered a service from you under the assumption that it would all be hand-done (because you did not explicitly indicate that botting would be involved). Even if you did finish some of the quests, the service was not completed as advertised due to the fact that his account ended up being banned for macroing. For this reason I believe that you should be liable to provide a full refund, but I am more than willing to leave this open for a second opinion by another staff member

 

Well i offer all my questing hand done as there are is no other choice , but he asked my to get his skills done which i opened my hand and i agreed , and he should have warned me before to not bot because the prices i gave him is ridiculously cheap , like i no way gonna train 12 hours for 3M worth of skilling service , and yes please i hope another staff give us his opinion in this ....

and i cant understand why i have to refund all of the service (questing+skilling) while we know and we can pinpoint the reason why it got banned which is from (skilling) the 1-35 agility , that is not convenient , but if I was a skiller and offering hand done and botting 70-99 str and i got it 91 str then it got banned then yes i thInk in this case all of the order should be refunded as I as a skiller offered hand done while I botted and I lied to customer at first :"........

No, you should have warned the customer that you were going to bot, not the other way around. I chip in with meteor that a full refund should be issued to the customer.

 

You failed to disclosed you were botting the account, effectively undermining the account both for sale and overall future of he account.

Trainer had no reason to believe you were botting. You are responsible for the ban and a full refund is in order.

Dispute your DNT when the refund is paid.
