Explanation of the trade: Bought an rank in their cc DMWATCH Ranks are "Non refund-able, and account related ( Ex; if your account gets banned you have to re-buy your rank)
How they scammed: I purchased an rank in the DMwatch clan chat, this is the 3rd time ive purchased a rank. I first bought an smiley then upgraded to 1 bar rank Screen capture - 1724d71cf2f55443212ba365d3b094b9 - Gyazo ( 2.5b) total.
I had a falling out with a particular individual who deleted specific important messages from my Discord chat with them. They manipulated the conversation to make it appear as if I engaged in an in-game scam on a different account three weeks ago. However, the evidence does not support the claim that I actually scammed or that any scam occurred, as it happened three hours after the account in question was involved in the scam.


Hallowtide openly expressed his lack of concern for scamming me out of 2.5 billion, stating that there is absolutely no evidence because it never occurred. He simply holds animosity towards me. Furthermore, when I repeatedly asked for evidence, he responded by muting the conversation and continued to talk incessantly without being able to provide any proof of my involvement in the scam. Hallowtide argues that due to the situation involving an streamer rank, he has the authority to demote another account based on the evidence that suggests I had access to that account and someone deleted specific messages in our conversation. These manipulated messages make it appear as though I encouraged him to engage in a scam, although we were merely joking about it. However, even if we were to consider this as compelling evidence, it still fails to prove that I actually committed the scam or that Hallowtide genuinely believes this accusation. It is important to note that this incident took place more than 12 hours ago, while the alleged scam case occurred three weeks ago. If the DMWatch team truly believes in these allegations, I would expect them to have evidence of reaching out to the victims of this particular individual's scams, utilizing the insurance funds from my rank.

This user seems to be displaying tolerance towards another user who spammed my personal information (dox) during a stream, and the following day, they were still allowed to direct message (DM) in a community chat (cc) with only a brief warning. The provided proof, shown in the provided screenshot, is considered highly convincing and indisputable. It appears that this biased treatment may be due to favoritism towards Twitch streamers.

Despite informing him that our chat contains personal information (doxes) of both him and me, emphasizing that I did not want to disclose it due to our previous close relationship, he continued to insist that I show it. It is truly perplexing to consider what this individual, who had already shown tolerance towards doxing, intented to do with our personal information, especially considering his animosity towards me when I have no prior knowledge of this peculiar person.


Hallowtide presents the argument that he saw numerous messages from me discussing scamming (specifically scam direct messaging), in which he also participated. However, when I point out that he would have witnessed that I do not engage in such activities, he fails to respond. It is important to note that the truth is I do not partake in scam direct messaging myself, nor do I employ others to do it on my behalf. It is worth mentioning that in-game scamming is permitted according to SYTHE's terms of service.

He then proceeds to switch to his next argument, stating that anyone associated with the "person in question" situation will be banned. Therefore, he justifies scamming me out of a 2.5 billion rank. He questions how individuals who hold positions as partial owners/admins of the community chat (cc) are allowed on a reputable and ethical marketplace like Sythe. He considers this act of scamming to be blatant and unacceptable.

Regarding the issue with the individual who tolerates doxing and abuses their ranks, I hope that DMWatch recognizes that such behavior is not acceptable within a reputable community chat (cc). It would be advisable for them to take appropriate action and remove this individual from the cc to maintain a positive and safe environment.

How are trusted Sythe people, blatantly scamming the community, which have trust in them partly cause they're trusted people on Sythe, and getting away with such obvious scamming?

I hope this report can get re-looked into, now Fred has made a report on Sythe which got someone banned involving his discord, and there's proof Fred mentions Sythe for ranks in his cc and stuff.

 

Proof Bikers and Fred allowing me back in cc for a fee for the damages ive done to the cc ( Spam botting / blaming me for the 1.5k members that got kicked which he blames the other guys report for too)

- Just like with the other guys report on these criminals, they claim they de-rank for rule x, but then tell u if u pay for a new rank ull be back in and mention new reasonings for de-ranking, they'r scammers who cant provide concrete proof

Proof they actually send the adress for me to send 10k$ for for a permanent rank with lower re-buys, never mentioning that ive scammed/never mentioning repaying scammers pretty much admitting that they've scammed me, and if i pay them 10k$ now ill be back in for another period, before probally getting scammed again.

Dont know if this would be stated black hat, as many of the DMM swappers are Sythe people, but Fred asking me to start my spam bots on DMM swapping services

It's clear these guys are up 2 no good, they sell ranks & derank u force you to repay bigger amounts, if they see you're actually making money.

Not to mention he's a racist.
