Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
1. Ceanbu321 is his skype on all of his banned accounts.
2. His ip audits are very suspicious.
3. On all of his accounts he will not go first, nor use a middleman, and is only associated with os-scape/blood money.
