2nd opinion please - 13 year old Maxed rs3 Account Permanently Banned

How they scammed: Said he knew what she was doing but got the account permanetly banned.

I wasn't aware of what a recovery test was or the risks involved as this was my first attempt at selling. I wasn't informed or warned on the possibility of a perm ban happening. I believe I have the right to ask for half, or a full payment as compensation for what he/she has done. Lost my fully maxed almost comp 13 yr no offenses ever account in the blink of an eye.

 

i think a 50/50 split is appropriate, but i'll ask for a 2nd opinion
