Scammer - purepking069

purepking069 has scammed me by not delivering goods i have paid for.
We agreed on paying with Paypal, 13.60 USD for 8B Ikov.
I went first, as it wasn't a large amount. I send the payment, he ''forgets'' how to claim the payment.
So i ask him to provide me with a screenshot of his PayPal account, so maybe i can help.
Eventually, he accepted the payment. Then removed me from skype and broke all contact.

I have filed an unauthorized payment claim against him.
However, it's unlikely i'll win that one, as my PayPal has always been secure and fair trade.
