    He has been stalking my profile and every post i have, Ever person who comments or even views my thread he instantly mails them flaim and trying to sell them his accounts

    As far as I know, you are not allowed to do what you did on a grand scale. If you messaged one or two of his customers, sure. But actively browsing his threads and messaging his customers is harassement and against the rule of advertisement.

    Edit 12/15/17: This rule is intended for legitimate customer complaints. We have seen a lot of pettiness from competing businesses reporting eachother solely to punish their competition and it is not a good use of staff time handling these reports. If you run a business on sythe, you may not report your competition for violating this rule.
