Briefly explain the trade: Because there is no PayPal in Kosovo, mine is not verified and I asked him if I could send him $30 to hold it for me. He said yes so I sent it to him, after a few days he asked if he could buy pizza with it and he would replace it the next day, I said ok. Then after a while when I asked him for my money back and he said that his paypal got limited (http://puu.sh/4in2L.png), then he said his cat got lost and so on.
