Explanation of the trade: 400M 07 for $520 BTC

How they scammed: Asked me for 400M, said Paypal or BTC, I said BTC. He said sure my coins are pending, I'll pay you back in 1-2 days tops. Okay, he's OMM $500 Donor SVU, etc. He comes trades me on Video's account. Video then tells me CHRIS OWES HIM THE MONEY. After I was told he had scam quit, Video says "I held on to it for him"?

I understand you're upset and I'm sorry this happened to you but I did not scam you. You made the loan to Chris, I accepted the gold on his behalf because he couldn't get on RS at the time and I transferred it to him later.

I'll request an unbiased third party take a look at this but again there was no agreement between me and PA it was solely between him and Chris and sadly PA is just one of several people who Chris took a loan from and didn't repay

 

Unfortunately the loan was made to Chris. If Video still had the gold that would be another matter because it could be returned to you but since it is already in Chris' hands there's not much we can do.

 

Chris asked me for 400m in tokenbets tokens in exchange for 400m 07gp which he borrowed from you, he owes you 400m

 

Can't reply to my 1st thread since you prematurely locked it, and can't reply to 2nd because nobody has replied, Here's Bogla saying Video transfered the tokenbets over to Chris.

In return, Video has 400m stolen money.

Yet here's video saying he transferred the gold to him later? We were talking about gold, not tokenbets, don't bullshit me. You have my stolen money.

 

You agreed to loan Chris 400m, you talked directly to him and made that arrangement. AFTER you made that arrangement and AFTER you traded my account the gold, you messaged me asking if that was my account. As I mentioned before, I wasn't a responsible party in any of this

 

Regardless of who I THOUGHT I was trading the gold, YOU received it, YOU said he owed you. YOU traded MY gp to give HIM tokenbets. YOU have the stolen money if you didn't sell it already.

EDIT: You didn't "scam" me, but you have my gold. It's stolen gold. If you sold it, that'd be a bannable offence to anyone who isn't a mod. I want input from somebody other than Entrr/Video because that's bullshit. Both fucking OMMs, you've slipped on so many lies.

You said he owned you money.
You said you gave him the gold.
You said you don't have my gold any more.
Bogla confirmed you sent him tokenbets, not gold.
I traded your account, not his. He did this on YOUR behalf, on YOUR account.

 

It wasn't stolen gold, you agreed to Chris that you would loan it to him. I accepted your gold on Chris's behalf, I gave Chris 400m in tokens, and I sold your gold. I'm saying this in the spirit of full disclosure but it doesn't matter if I sold or kept your gold, the arrangement you agreed to was between you and Chris. As soon as you gave my account the 400m, Chris was the one indebted to you, not me or anyone else.

Entrr is an unbiased party in all of this but I will leave this open for a non-OMM

 

i don't see how video is liable here. he acted as a third party in your agreement with another person who unfortunately scammed you. it's definitely a shitty situation, but that doesn't fall on video's shoulders in this case.

PureAddiction's ban is not related to this case, and should not be used as a contributing factor in any way to the result of this thread.

 

I don't see video being held liable in any way. You made the loan to Chris. Whether Chris used that money to make a transaction with video or for his own personal use, that doesn't change that fact that you made the loan to Chris. At this time, Chris then traded the 400M 07 to video for 400M tokens on tokenbets. Expecting video to then give you that 400M 07 would be ridiculous, as that ould cause video to now be out 400M 07.

A similar principle would be if Person A scammed 100M 07 from Person B and then Person A sold it to a gold company, the gold company would not be held liable to return that 100M 07 to Person B. Person A would be liable to refund that 100M 07.

 

Adding more support for Video, I've just read over this case on my break, and this situation is obviously a matter between PA and Chris.

 

Chris has been banned for this and others, and Video is obviously in no way responsible. Can't direct your anger at video for Chris's faults.
