Reporting ChoccyBrights for Attempting Scamming

Explanation of the trade: I am Middlemanning him buying a barrows glove service from another guy for 60m 07.

How they attempted to scam: They claimed that the person doing the service agreed to Terms Of Service that they actually didn't, the Terms Of Service that he claimed this person agreed to he edited in right before linking me the thread where the service provider agreed to the TOS which is this thread and the service provider agreed here.

The term he just added in and said he forgot adding in was that the service provider must respond within 24 hours of him messaging them but the terms of service that he agreed to actually went like this. Shoutout to @King for providing them.

"TERMS OF SERVICE:
-You will not bot unless it's specified you're allowed to, if you do get any offences on an account, you will be responsible for compensation.
-You will go first or we will use a middleman at my choice based on your vouches.
-We will set a time of completion for each service, if it's on time, full payment, under 24 hours late, 50% payment, over 24 hours late for completion, 0% payment for services despite any completed.
-Only you will logon to the account during the service unless otherwise specified by me.
-Terms of Service may be updated at any time, but you only agree to the terms of service that you agreed to at the start of the service."

As you can see he claims that the person agreed that if he didn't contact Choccy back after being messed within 24 hours the service would be void but that is a term he added after the TOS was agreed upon, infact the term was actually just added right before he linked me the thread were they agreed upon a TOS.




He then says "fuck it will just wait lol 3 or 4 more days" when he realizes he has been caught.



Here he tries to defend himself he later claims he is braindead irl, smokes weed, has dyslexia and doesn't remember adding the new terms of service right before linking me the thread.

 

He's now spamming my market threads telling people not to do business with me cause I reported him

 

I didn't read a word of the thread, I accept everything Mootrucks said and the full punishment, If you refuse to permanently ban me from Sythe, be it infraction by single infreaction, I will spam about Mootrucks doxing until he or we are both banned. If you Ban my account I won't try to vade, so feel free to IP Ban. Get this prick off this site.

 

@ChoccyBrights I've gone ahead and added a TWC to your account for the sketchy behavior @Mootrucks outlined above.

Please refrain from flaming anyone outside of the spam forum, that wasn't helping your case either.

Keep on the straight and narrow for a while and show you can be trusted and we can see about removing the TWC
