Briefly explain the trade: I was going to sell 25m to them for $15 USD via PayPal
How they scammed: I went 1st, gave him the 25m, he signed off on msn, logged out onto RS account, ignored my PM's, never sent the $15.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I had him PM me on the forums
