Reporting Castro for selling faulty method

Hello, I would like to report Castro for selling me a limited 7-day membership method. I paid $60 for what he advertised as unlimited. After buying the method he provided a series of steps which I followed.

Explanation of the trade: Paid $60 USD for unlimited 7-day membership method.

A week and a half after purchasing the method, my google play account gets locked and I cannot perform any further payment, thus preventing me from doing the 7-day membership method that he sold to me as unlimited. Funnily enough, Castro kept selling his accounts as if nothing had happened, and when I came to complain to him he mentioned that the method had worked with over 2000+ accounts for himself and that Google had changed something to prevent this from happening. I don't buy this excuse and I want my unlimited method as I purchased it. He sold me a limited method and now is stating that I must buy his other unlimited method if I want to know the bypass the issues his original unlimited method has. The 7-day membership method can be done in different ways. Some ways get locked faster than others, and he simply never provided me with the unlimited method he claims. The method that Castro sold me lasted a week and a half, and then I got locked and received the following error upon payment:

Google detected that I was login into several Gmail accounts to repeat the trial offer and now my phone cannot make any purchases from the play store at all. Funnily enough, Castro kept selling the accounts without any interruptions, the only interruptions he had was that he had too many customers and cannot keep up.

Castro also claimed that the method was fully automated and quite easily doable. Later he claimed that I needed to know JavaScript to fully automate it. I have no idea how this qualifies as easily doable for people that do not know how to code and I still have not been able to automate the method. Proof below:

Castro needs to uphold his promise and provide the unlimited method I purchased and not try to make me buy another package method for $150. He should not be saying unlimited if it's not true. I believe I have the rights for the unlimited product I purchased. He not only false advertised that it was easy to automate, but he also false advertised and sold me a limited product while he is still doing the unlimited method himself and I have been locked out.

You sold the guide to a few sellers, not only me. I would not be surprised if all the sellers that got locked out just bought your limited method. You are right that at no point you mentioned about a refund, but you did not mention there was no refund either. All you mentioned was that the method was unlimited and could be applied to as many accounts. You mentioned this unlimited to me in our discord chat and you have it all over your thread. A week and a half later I am locked out the method while you keep going with your unlimited method selling accounts.

You are saying you are down to 12% success. It seems you are talking about your Runescape accounts getting banned or locked as per our experience this past weekend. I am not talking about the Runescape account getting locked or banned, I am talking about my payment method and entire phone getting blocked from google play payment system, 0% chance of making a payment. I am talking about the method getting completely shut down on my phone where I cannot perform the method he gave me at all. I am not talking about applying for memberships and then 88% of the accounts getting banned to only give me a 12% chance.

As well, Castro is having a 100% success chance right now anyways with his unlimited method, not 12% chance.

What's new is now even my method can fail, when previously this wasn't possible (this is how a majority of my 2000+ accounts sold were done, before this recent change)

Put the phone down to Google mate and realise that there's been recent changes, it isn't difficult to understand or work out, why would the vast majority of sellers (who I've never even spoke to) shut up shop? All around the same time? Hmm..

Where have I claimed a 100% current success rate?
Also pretty clear he's also referring to 7 days being cracked down upon not RuneScape accounts getting banned or locked as he said GOOGLE not Jagex.

The majority of the sellers have nothing to do with this. Your method, as you mentioned, was unique to you as you found it yourself. If this is your own secret method but you are claiming everyone else is getting banned, then you must be claiming that everyone else is using your secret method then?

How are you getting a 12% rate. Please explain. Because I am not even getting 12%. My phone got blocked. So if you are getting 12% then that is a completely different problem than getting blocked entirely. It also seems you and Castro already have a relationship together.

Give me a statement from Google where they changed the method. As far as I know, Google has changed nothing and you seem to have figured out a workaround pretty quickly. You should not be selling unlimited guide if it is not unlimited. Then claim google blocked it and then you selling another unlimited guide.

I would like to point out that you're arguing that one of the world's largest companies should have bad enough security that you can slide under the radar for more than a week without tripping any security measures? And that when you hit those security measures, it's someone else's fault? Castro's method worked. If you want Google to pity you for defrauding them, I'd take that up with their support (Link in case you're serious: Contact us – Google).

Nah, you have not been buying a new device because you have a way to work around what Google is doing which I am sure is not as of last week. I am sure Google can detect when someone logs into 300 different accounts from one device even before last week. I just followed the steps in your guide and logged into 300 accounts and got caught, be it last week or be it 3 years ago.
