Update on case -

53.2m refund payment was completed for uncompleted services.

The account that was banned was being argued by @thesleepyaf that he should receive some compensation. The account has since then been successfully recovered (information available above in deleted posts).

@thesleepyaf stated he did recovery via account hijacked. His account was banned for macro bans which were reversed (shown in video).

Logically - The most likely reason for the ban being reversed is because his IP was different than the IP where botting occurred (different country, VPN, VPS's, proxy etc etc)

In terms of compensation for the account, the account is now good because it has been unbanned and the botting infractions by Jagex have been reversed. Compensation for account being banned is no longer warranted in my personal opinion.

Now the question is..

Do you guys think compensation is warranted in terms of breach in terms of service as they state he isn't responsible for any mutes or bans since the service is hand done.

To explain to people who don't fully understand, I claimed that my account was hijacked and recovered my account. When it was recovered, jagex reversed the bans because I was not the one botting my accounts. If anybody thinks that this isn't 100% proof of @Bulletproof botting, then I don't know what to say. There is no way for me to have botted 2 accounts into the ground and then have them unbanned. I'd be able to sell that guide and become the richest person on sythe.

I didn't pay 290m for my accounts to be botted on. Nobody would. The accounts now have black marks that will help jagex detect future rwt, which is awful when I think about the possibility of these accounts being banned. I don't think it is unreasonable for me to expect a full refund or a ban on @Bulletproof for botting my accounts when it was a hand trained order.

And I didn't waste hours and hours of my time for you to use a VPN OR PROXY SINCE YOU ARE SO EFFICENT IN BOTTING / YOUR QUOTE ON QUOTE GHOST CLICKER WHICH YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE BACKROUND INFO ABOUT IT. So now they are unbanned I would suggest you don't bot again @Azie @Killswitch @Yankiee @Tmoe also would still say I don't owe him a thing besides the money he already got he already admitted he does not and there is still no proof I did and he was stupid enough to use a vpn or a proxy that's his fault still not mine. For me wasting all my hours on this stupid ass I believe he gets nothing especially that he now got the accounts back apparently

 

Scam Reports are NOT a place for discussion between anyone not directly involved in the scam report. If you have information on the case, think it is being handled unfairly, whatever, send a moderator handling the spam report a PM. I cannot express how annoying it is to sift through post-after-post of useless information of users who are NOT related to the report. It makes the entire process longer and entices me to not look at the report at all. If you have pertinent information, think it can be helfpul, anything along those lines, PM a staff member and we will add it to the RAS if appropriate.

Anyway,

The recovery of the account lends to the idea of a foreign IP, but this could possibly just be due to Bullet being on the account, the account being recovered, and it then being unbanned since a foreign IP was active. It is also possible that if you did bot, you did so on a VPN or an IP you did not register the account with. There is also the factor that no one is exactly sure how Jagex handles any of their bans (and I'm low-key salty that all my 07 accounts got permed last year and they're handing out moderates now).

Do I think it is plenty possible Bullet botted on the account? Yes. Is there definitive proof showing he did? No. Neither of your accounts are banned and you have received a 52M refund. I am sorry for the bannings ever occuring in the first place, but there is not enough evidence showing definitively that Bullet botted and without that, we are not going to have him refund large amounts of money/face a ban.

If this appeared to be a reoccurring situation among Bulletproof's customers, that would be a different outcome and if this becomes a wide-spread problem, we will revisit this report.
