I'm here to report one of Bogla's worker named Bogla Joe.

Report Reason: I've talked to Video and Darkest Dream about this so I am sure that they remember what happened, but I'll explain what happened.
I hired Joe to train an account that I bought from Darkest Dream to maxed melee combat. Note that he assured me that the account will be hand trained. It was going good for some weeks, I trusted him back then so I didn't ask him for updates much since I just look at the hiscore for the updates.
Unfortunately, he got my personal account banned. Guess what the reason for the ban was? Macroing. I wasn't mad or anything but I did want a reimbursement which he provided me. He asked me if I would prefer to have an already maxed melee account + my gear given to me OR to have a fresh account from 1 trained to 99. I, of course, trusted him and chose the already made maxed melee account. That's where I was wrong. He gave me 0 recovery answers and I didn't find that suspicious at all during that moment and he also claimed that it had none.
Fast forward a few days, I hired him to train the ranged on that account he gave me. Nothing bad happened. Yesterday, I hired Zuzel to do firecape for me so it was only him and Zuzel who knows my account.
The account was still in my possession a few days ago but an hour ago, while I was doing a quest, I suddenly had the "Connection Lost", I didn't think anything was wrong until I got hit with the "Account locked as we suspect it has been stolen. Press 'recover a locked account' on front page".

Furious seeing that, I messaged Joe on Skype, saying why did he do this, I trusted him, etc. etc. He even had the guts to accuse ME of faking the whole thing, seriously? WHAT would I even get out of faking this whole thing? The whole time I was talking to him, he pointed fingers at me, saying that he checked and it's the same email that I had on it, etc. Little did I know, while he was accusing me of faking this whole thing, he was already in the process of wiping my account clean. Of course, when I finally got the password reset and log on, I don't have my 10m, bandos chestplate, tass, DFS.

I know for a fact that it was him considering that he said he was the original owner. The thing that gave him out was the fact that I created a new email just to assign to the account he gave me so he and I were the only ones who knew what that email was.

I no longer want the account since I know damn well that it will happen again in the future. I have asked Joe for a full refund and I will return his account back to which he suddenly disappeared into thin air. But, moments ago he was accusing me of lying. Seriously, Joe? What do I get out of faking this whole thing? And I definitely am not that type of person to do so.

I talked to Bogla Joe and it looks like the account was just locked due to the abrupt IP change which I think is normal for account sales. The account email was never changed (the email is the one that the customer requested it be changed to upon sale) and because of this Joe thought he was somehow faking the whole thing due to having remorse of buying the account but it's likely the lock is just due to the IP change.

Bogla, why was my account wiped then IF it was just because of an IP change? Whatever it is, I won't have none of it because I know that Joe will recover it again in the future and wipe my things. All I'm asking is for a full refund of the gp I gave him to train my account that he got banned in exchange for the account he gave me.

EDIT: Either refund the full payment I gave him or he trains a fresh account to maxed melee and the other skills that I trained on that account, he will provide supplies and gear.

Unfortunately, this is how society is now. If you trust someone, you won't even care if they scam other people. As long as you trust them, you're going to let them do anything unnoticed. I'm so disappointed. Bogla slapped me with the "It's not Joe's fault, it's Jagex". That really explains why I had all my valuable things stolen from my bank.

Well, maybe you should actually play runescape. In your post, no less than 5 people have been on your own MMO account.

That being said, the new part isn't of much concern to me as much as the first is. While this may the the opposite of your intentions, my problem lies in that one of the the biggest names on the site is botting in a hand-trained service market.

I'll need to see where he agrees to reimburse you. Not only is that required as payback, but the original act warrants a ban as well. You shouldn't have had to worry about getting a replacement account, your account shouldn't have been banned in the first place. As well, it's your choice how you want paid back.
You don't have to choose "a 1-99" etc. You're owed the full value of the account that was banned as a result of the macroing ban. Either that, or the account must be restored in full, items, quest items, quests, skills and bound-items.

I'll send this to Muffy(edit hehe whoops, i meant toilet, ayy muffy ), etc. I'm not going to ban all of the Boglas, as I trust they'll get this handled based on prior experience.

If you can provide the photos of conversation or prove to me that the first account was banned for macro, Bogla Joe will be banned pending a full payback as described above, and go through the dispute/pardon process. I don't see anything less than a TWC+full repay unban coming from this.

Case A ) His account gets banned for macroing major- Joe did briefly mention this to me and one of the possibilities we came up with is that it was due to a chain ban due to a contaminated IP. He told me that the customer agreed to accept the maxed account instead along with the gear that the previous one lost in the ban.

He paid 75$ for the account initially - I gave him the 75$ + the sending fee on behalf of joe

Case B) He says his account was disconnected, and when he logged in it was locked, and he unlocked it using the registered email to find out that his items were gone. There's no way for someone else to have access to the account while it's locked unless someone else recovered the account (in the process having to switch the registered email to one they have access to which it wasn't) changed the email, unlocked it , got it relocked and accessed the customer's email to change the registered email back to his own, and then get the account relocked all within the timeframe of the customer requesting an unlock (which is just going on the website and requesting the new password be sent to the email)

Am I missing something here?

On a side note, whilst a lot of things pointing to bogla joe being a shady person, I guarantee this is all just circumstance - he would never bot an account associated with my brand.

Update: I sent PayPal screenshot of the money I sent to Darkest Dream for the account that I bought off of him and Bogla refunded back the money - $76.

I am now waiting for the 120M 07 that I originally paid for to have that account trained to max melee. Also supplied the account with my own whip, bandos chestplate, bandos tasset, fury, sara sword, berserker ring.

I DO NOT care about the account items being stolen anymore, I am now asking for a full refund of the 120M + the gear I supplied it with that I originally had given to Joe to train the account that he banned. If this isn't clear enough that it was banned for Macroing (http://i.imgur.com/Q2irLYw.jpg) then I don't know what is. Yet they insist that it wasn't botted on.

Bogla trusts Joe with his whole life, I get it, but that is what happened. I'm not one to fake things. I want to return his account back and get my refund back. I CAN'T risk using the account that he gave to me with 0 recovery answers, not even the creation date was given to me. I fear that it WILL happen again in the future if I continue to use his account. I have spent time and effort, not to mention $ on this account that was given to me as an reimbursement but I would very much prefer to give it back and get a full refund.

Edit: I'll be happy to talk to a Sythe Mod on Skype via voice call if needed.

 

tl;dr

OP buys account from Darkest Dream, promised no botting history
OP orders hand-training service from Bogla (Bogla Joe assigned)
Account is banned for macroing major (Could have been any of these 3 owners.)
OP is reimbursed (he agreed to this, so not a problem...but...)
Reimbursement account is locked/cleaned.

While this may seem easy, it's not. Any one person could have botted the account. Even OP, and immediately after botting a week straight could hire Bogla for hand-training services so that when the macro ban hits, it looks like their fault.

I'll have to do some more precedent research and talk to other staff. Please be patient on this, thanks.

He's claiming the reimbursement account was hacked during a lock which is impossible > see case B in my last post. It was a soft lock according to him (didn't have to go through a lengthy recovery process, just a password reset through the site), so there's no way someone could have accessed the account while it's locked, especially since the recovery email never changed. Perhaps get someone in account sales to confirm recovery is impossible without changing the associated email that only the customer had access to, as well it being impossible for anyone to access it during the short lock.

So right now it's whether Bogla Joe should reimburse him the 120m + the stuff he claims was hacked during the lock, or keep the account in it's current state.

E: also I don't think the original account was banned from botting from either of the owners, there's a chance it was due to IP contamination (If your IP has breeded enough trouble with jagex they start using it as a condition to ban) of Joe's IP and due to that possibility I refunded the original account he bought from DD myself.

 

Can i get a confirmation from OP that you're dropping the case?

I'm just going to refund the 120m 07 instead - there's no way I can back an account resell after that illogical hacked during locked account scenario claim which isn't seeming to be considered in this report. Going to keep it simple because I can only vouch for joe and not kriziad if the account has issues after being resold.

OP, I'd still like to know how you claimed items were missing on a locked account? If the account was locked for you, nobody could hack into it either. Seems like a blatant false claim.

Sounds like everyone thinks that I am lying about the whole thing. I would NEVER make false accusations, not in real life and not on Sythe. What happened was real, I don't know how but IT HAPPENED. I'm sorry that you all think that I'm a liar. I know how everyone is close to one another here and I'm just a nobody, but I am not a liar.
I am accepting the 120M refund ONLY and giving back the account that was given to me as a reimbursement. I am NOT asking for the items that I lost on that account, as I just want this to be over with just so I won't be looked as a liar.

 

Right, but someone who was telling the truth would push their case, not back out when everyone starts asking questions. The thing is, if an account is locked nobody can access it. Therefore, it's completely impossible for someone to steal your items. This leads me to doubt your character, which leads me to doubt the original report.

Why exactly should I keep on pushing if everyone already thinks I am faking this whole thing? I'm 101% you all think that I'm lying about this but only Joe and I know about what really happened. He knows what he did or whoever the original owner is.
If you think that my report is fake, then I understand. I'm a 21 years old woman, I have never done anything bad in my life. And I have NEVER lied. What happened was real, it really happened. I damn swear on my life.

Edit: The only person who actually tries to help me is Darkest Dream, I've asked for his opinion about this whole thing and he helped me decide. He is the only one who is understanding about this. You can ask him and verify that if you need to, if you think I'm lying about asking for his opinion too.

Wow, that is definitely rude. Just because I am on a gaming forum, I'm automatically a guy? Go talk to Bogla, I have my ID attached to my account on his website. Go see for yourself that I am in fact a female. I have no problems explaining it on Skype call either.

Here, let me put it in order:
- I was doing Plague City and was in the last part where I had to save the girl from the jail.
- I was on the bottom of the stairs and kept trying to click the door.
- Character is not moving.
- I got the connection lost error.
- I am on the log in screen and tried logging in.

- I talked to Joe, see Skype convo screenshots.
- While talking to him, I kept trying to log in still but it wouldn't take my password. It said Invalid username/password.
- Keep note of the time, it was definitely not 20 seconds that I was off the account. (see convo, the time). It lasted more than 5 minutes.
- I went to the Forgot password and sent a password reset.
- I received the email and was able to change the password.
- I logged in ASAP only to find my character in Lumbridge bank and the bank wiped out of my valuables.

The only people who knows about the email attached to it is Joe and I.

Edit: I've messaged you on Skype. I have no problems calling you on Skype to explain it via voice if you need me to.

Bogla went to bed last night so we weren't able to do the exchange, I messaged him on Skype and I am now waiting for his response.
