Explanation of the trade:Myself, and numerous others cashed in to the site tokenbets.
How they scammed:Our money has been tied up in their system, while they apparently are working on adapting their site to the new poker mavens updates. However, this story seems to lose some credibility considering all the other sites, such as rsruby and another which is banned from here, have not had this long down-time. They have refused to cash me out, and he has continued to sell gold on his website boglagold, instead of focusing on his site and getting his operations up again. I believe only when he is dnt'd/banned for withholding user funds for the last 4 days, he will actually either fix the problems or come out as a scammer. Either way, I don't think its right for him to trade with no repercussions even though he is withholding funds from users.

Spoke to their livechat and they aren't taking any cash ins either.

They aren't paying out because they cant access information regarding account balances. They wont be able to determine whether what you claim they owe you is the correct amount.

I've been told the website should hopefully be up later sometime today so will check this throughout the day.

regardless of if their site is down, and regardless of if they cant confirm that the users had that money, isnt the fucking fault of the many people reporting. it isnt the fucking customers fault that a site that big cant keep their shit together. but hey lets lock threads without replying or give them a copy and paste answer to protect your the long time sythe user/sythe advertisement.

A statement from Mike at TokenBets

The developers are currently finishing up the admin panel on the new site so we can conduct cashouts until the improved poker client is released.

ETA is few hours until cashouts are available, and Poker will likely be available tomorrow.

We currently have the ability to cash people out, but the developers need to finalize adding a verification system to make sure that we can cash people out securely without being at risk of any unauthorized cashouts.
