Have a dispute with this user Benqsteer over a luring method he sold me.

He's saying I owe him 150m, I would owe him that if the method worked!
This method is all over reddit and is clearly known, I have proof that people have told me they know the lure. I don't want to give out any specifics about it, as someone else may wish to buy it, but its their choice.

The TOS clearly states if I don't make my money back within 10 days i'm due a refund. I did not make my money back within 10 days, it's been like 12 and I did it for several hours a day everyday but yesterday. I can prove to the mods here that: This method is public, which violates the TOS, and he even acknowledges and knows that I didn't make my money back.

Sorry if I am posting something wrong, but he didn't really scam me yet, he just doesn't think he owes me and he thinks I owe him. Thanks!

User claims that I agreed to the ToS he screenshotted in his post, however never agreed to it, and thats why he hasnt been able to show a screenshot of me agreeing to it, I made the stupid error of letting him pay half and then paying me back the rest once hes made it from my method. He ended up playing it by his "terms" and pretended to not get any lures when He clearly made a 60M lure on his first day trying the method, and another 33M lure the next morning, but from that moment when i mentioned that he would set aside 50% of his lure profits to pay me back, he stopped reporting that he was getting lures, so that by his "terms" that I never agreed to, he would be in the right.

To start things off, we have to get some common ground.

Benq, do you agree that you agreed to the TOS?

The reason I believe you did is: You acknowledged it, You didn’t offer any counter or say you didn’t want to use that TOS. You followed parts of the TOS and tried sticking to the parts that benefit you.
So, if you say you didn’t, how didn’t you?

To the point: I tried this method for around 10/11 days. He said to me it’s not a public method, but when you google it it’s clearly one. I gave him benefit of the doubt and tried for another dayish, because I would much rather me make the money back then have him refund me, as he put his faith in me for this.


In the TOS (which I proved above he greed to) he agrees that he will refund me after 10 days if I don’t make my money back, which I didn’t, He said before that it’s not a public method, when I have proof it is, I’ve shown it to Champ.

To sum it up: His only argument is that he didn't agree to the terms, when it's obvious he did. Once he admits/Sythe staff agrees that he agreed to the terms, the case should be obviously closed.

The Reddit post he claims that its all over is a post from 2015 with 2 upvotes, does not even explain the right lure that I am selling, the youtube video is from 2016 with a majority of the views coming from within a week of then from me and my clanmates at the time, the video does not show how the lure works, what the lure is, or any of the information in my book that I am selling. That being said, this is not a public lure, people do not know it, and I have easily profitted over 20B off of it and if I were to go on now ( after 3 months of not playing), I would be able to lure 200M on my first day. Now for the terms and conditions he put up, he may have put a screenshot of his listed ToS, however I never agreed to it, and if he were kind enough to show more of the chat in his post, it would show that i later laid down different terms for the deal that null and voided his. I have been more than fair with this man, I let him do a payment plan to me with the hopes that he would be honest, I gave him all the time he needed, I let him keep 50% of all of what he was making until he paid me back instead of taking everything so I could get paid back faster, and now he goes and tries to not only say this method is fake and doesnt work, but also says I need to refund him, and he also tries to get me banned right after I confronted him and told him that I'd go to sythe if he didnt pay up atleast the first installment. I told him that on Monday at around 6-7:00 I would go to sythe after he confirmed that he wasn't paying, and he decide to make a post first saying I scammed him, awfully odd timing.

Don't blame your scamming habits on our "judgement" follow the rules, and you wouldn't be in this situation.
