Reporting Belumoth for scamming

There you have it. I will admit that I'm partially to blame... I should of gotten him to take a picture of the card without the code scratched off. It would be really appreciated if a staff member familiar with xbox would handle this. In Pic #9, he clearly says that he intends to refund my purchase if a mod deems necessary. If I may request, he should just be temporary (or permanently) banned to prevent further scams like this from occurring.

"I believe that there is possibility that he may have redeemed code and stated that it has already been redeemed. I know for a fact that i have never used the code and i am the only person in my household that has an Xbox. I would like there to be a logical out come to this issue. I am only protecting myself and would like to have a staff member make a decision on what should be done."

 

I think a refund would be in order here.
