Reporting "Batata"/"Gabulhas" for scamming

Well, like you saw in previous posts (and messages before that same screenshot) probemas didn't want to "risk" paying more for maintenance and instead opted to pay for extras. (I know that is the second time posting this but https://i.imgur.com/vaBXuYM.png)
Even he knows that, in later messages we talked about the payment of extras and also he never paid those. (https://i.imgur.com/fo6hqfB.png)
This also includes the fact that I would do it on my free time.
Also, never said I would fix their bot, they resort to reporting

Also, there's no mention of life time support from my part.

So my response is, he said he would paid for extras because he feared that I wouldn't deliver the maintenance , so MAINTENANCE wasn't expected UNLESS PAID.

I even said that I would do it during my free time, but they kept rushing stuff. I even coded a lot of them for free and for extra payment that was never delivered.


TL;DR
I don't think that refunding for something that they have been using for months, stopped working because Discord is taking down the bots, they never paid for extras, they kept rushing every (unpaid) extras, I never said I would maintain it for free, even probemas said he didn't want to pay for maintenance, only as extras.

So, if anything, they are the ones that have to pay me for extras and a lot of unpaid work that I have to face to make a "big name" satisfied and because I was still new, but once again this wan't included, not the other way.

 

Assuming it "worked" for 2months and we paid 245Eur I'll agree with a partial refund of 200Eur.(No bumper is over 20Eur a month, but let's keep this clean).

@Techie It doesn't appear he wants to work on this issue, because the whole project has been like this report which is lying and avoiding responsibilities if you could give him a time-frame to make this right that'd be appreciated because i'm really not expecting anything with his attitude. Am I allowed to initiate a chargeback if he's not willing to refund?

I never said I wouldn't fix it, I never said I would maintain it for free, they never paid for the extras that they also mentioned that they would, and also, they got all the source code, so if I refund I will lose both the project (they might use the money to pay someone else to fix the code that I worked on for so long) and it's unfair for me.

I do think it's fair for them to pay for the extras, and if they don't want to pay that I do think it would "PAY" (even thought I don't think I should pay anything) for the refund. So no.

And there was never a change of mind, the agreement was there, I never "Broke" the agreement, so I'm not refunding.

 

well, even though (in my opinion) I shouldn't refund or fix without my extras paid, they refused to accept my new bot (couldn't fix the old bot, had to recode a new one with a new method and library).
