Since my evidence will probably be dismissed he is for sure using fake vouches.

Looking for mod opinions, @Pendulum @Andy Samberg @Wortel @Panda to review all this information. I'm confident its the same guy due to all the similarities however if you do not believe they are the same guy I do think the proof of the one "fake" vouch should be provided.
