Reporting Arcitc Hall for having a Poor Withdrawing System

Explanation of the trade: So to make it short, I am a customer on Arctic hall and I have gambled on the server, I had made a 40b withdrawal on Arctic Hall. Waited 1-2 days for Withdraw. I asked for multiple payment options like (apple pay/Crypto/Zelle) but one of the admin (DAVE) help'd me out and paid out 10b.

How they scammed: They told me only owners can cash me out, but then no owners answered on my ticket for the span of 1-2 days, If they are active to take cash deposits, they should be also active for players withdrawals.

This is Dave, The only guy that helps me with my Withdrawal, The only Person that answers on my ticket and the apparent owner "Chuck" messages someone and never answer withdrawal tickets!

- I mean if you go to a casino you dont have to wait 1-2 days to get withdrawn... Only take them a minute or two to get a deposit, but for withdraws will take days!!

Apparently Owners from there are same owners from Duel Gp? Correct me if im wrong

 

While waiting for the report, I was contacted by several individuals affiliated with the reported party specifically Dave, Chuck, and Krypto. This further demonstrates my point that these individuals are present on Sythe and are connected, which supports my claim that their actions are intentional.

In addition, it’s clear that the same owners behind DuelGP are also involved with Arctic, just less openly. For DuelGP owners or staff members to hold admin ranks in Arctic (not just regular staff ranks) gives the impression of trust and strongly suggests affiliation. The fact that DuelGP staff, who are already well known on Sythe, also appear as admins in Arctic makes this connection even more apparent. They also share the same streamers, which indicates that DuelGP likely has a cut of Arctic’s operations, or vice versa. On top of that, DuelGP owners themselves have directly reached out to me regarding this matter, which further reinforces the link between the two. Specifically, Don Krypto has a Staff rank in DuelGP and reached out to help fix this. Davedave has Owner rank in DuelGP and the Santa rank (above Host) in Arctic. Panther has Admin rank in DuelGP and Mod rank in Arctic. Btc.Spongebob has Mod rank in DuelGP and Host rank in Arctic. Lols has an Admin rank in Arctic and an Admin rank in DuelGP. Overall, everyone with ranks in DuelGP also holds ranks in Arctic, and nearly everyone with ranks in Arctic also has ranks in DuelGP. I believe that if Chuck will not be held liable because he is a DNT, then DuelGP should cover the debt, as they are effectively putting their reputation on the line through Arctic. It is evident from the overlapping ranks, shared streamers, and direct involvement that the same owners are behind both DuelGP and Arctic.

I don’t have access to the ticket anymore, but this is the only screenshot I saved, and it’s just a small glimpse of how they act when you try to cash out. Their behavior is even worse than Runechat standards.

Hey, replying here now since my offer of a private resolution was declined. However, whatever sythe staff rule on this, I'll accept.

Duel GP Affiliation

Arctic is not affiliated in any way with duelgp. We employ staff, which they do as well. The honest answer is that employing staff who already have a RuneScape job means you can get cheaper labor, and they know how the RuneScape black market works. I know for a fact of multiple different platforms and servers which employ the same staff, i highly doubt their actions are reflective on their employers. I'm also sure sythe staff have extensive proof I'm not a part of duelgp in any way as well. If any proof of this is needed please let me know !

Situation at Hand

Regarding the situation at hand, it is regrettably our fault. The cashout took way too long. I'm not trying to deflect blame or make an excuse on that — that is our responsibility. That being said the user is up quite a bit lifetime, and he was withdrawn ~15b shortly before. Going forward, this has not been an issue and will not be one. He was also offered for the staff to vault his balance until sent. Once Bobby was back home with wallet access all pending withdrawals were handled, along with a show of goodwill on our end by giving those who waited during that time some juice on top, with a public announcement mentioning the matter. Since shak lost his balance in the interim instead of a pending withdrawal, there was nothing, and his message reaching out to me was hidden in my spam folder, leaving him with nothing for the wait and losing his balance.

Sythe Standing

Arctic was founded by me (chuck / jayy) and bobbyshotdogs (goyim) well after I was DNT’d. We have never advertised or used sythe reputation in our platform or Discord. The duelgp staff are employees. This is the first report on us with almost 2 years running with trillions wagered monthly without a single report on our name and 0 active debt on my DNT. If you need proof of anything please let me know =).

 

As for the “vault” option that was mentioned, I was never offered that, I wanted to withdraw not to store in a vault, my wallet stayed there for more than a day.. I left all kind payment methods for withdraws and if there had been a way to safely store the money until payout I would have gladly used it, but it was never brought up, I was just told to keep waiting and I got the same response for days. I know I’m not the only one this happened to since others have had the same or even bigger amounts stuck, and at one point it honestly felt like I had money trapped in a fake app that I couldn’t withdraw from which made me feel like I had no choice but to gamble it away During those two days I also saw other users getting responses which made me feel even more ignored, and after wagering over 400B with you guys I really didn’t expect to be treated that way the one time I actually won something decent. I’m not here to cause drama or start fights, I just want to be honest, and in my opinion I believe I deserve a full refund based on how everything played out, I was essentially pushed into staking and ended up losing it all, Anyway, that’s it from me, I won’t reply again, and I’ll respect whatever decision the Sythe staff makes
