Reporting an off-site scammer: care

care scammed under the alias of magiik on powerbot and was found to be simultaneously using a secondary account named bridge during this time. (Unsure as to whether I can publicly list their connecting IP address here so if it's required, please private message me).

The user's warning documentation is as follows:

User needs to refund $45 via Paypal to astrola.
User needs to refund 200M ($90) to zikama as seen here.
User needs to refund $71.40 to rs3goldmart as seen here.

It's alleged numerous others, including Divica and Arcus were subject to payments reversals, though documentation hasn't been filed for those reports.
