Briefly explain the trade: I was offering $30 USD for 50m RSGP, agreement had been made and payment was sent via paypal as a gift (I now know never to do this again).
How they scammed: They logged off MSN after confirming payment was sent, and then proceeded to log off Runescape without trading gold to me.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I was speaking with the scammer via the MSN address provided by them in their thread.
