Reporting a user for partaking in blackhat activities

Prove that the user is the same: The user posted here, http://www.sythe.org/oldschool-runescape-skill-training/1894456-wtb-strength-training-service.html lowballing a request which sparked my interest. So I googled the skype he posted in the thread, and came up with this, https://www.google.se/search?q=nisi...9i57j69i58&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8# and by clicking the first search result, you come to this, http://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4436895&page=4 where he verifies the skype yet again as seen on page 4.


Proof of offsite scam/blackhat: By going to the users profile page, and looking at his recent posts, you can see, that on page 2(http://hackforums.net/search.php?ac...822398&sortby=dateline&order=desc&uid=&page=2) you can see that the user is expressing interest in a 'multithreaded instagram cracker', as well as other things by going further into his post history.

Adding pictures incase the user edits his posts removing evidence linking him to the sythe account mentioned above.
