Reporting a scammer- whatwhy

So basically, I trusted him and I went first because he has more vouches and posts than me, also older. He scammed me a league of legends account, he wanted to change the email first, so I gave him the code and he changed it to his email, then he pretended to be having an issue with the code. He changed the password and everything, by my own way, I logged in to the account and changed the pw + email, I took a picture of the email that he used in the account, but of course Riot deletes some parts of the first letters.
