@miniunit91 You're claiming that @Superdave26 used the money on the giftcard before he paid you out in 07GP. The real question here is, how can we proof @Superdave26 was the user who took the money of it? I tried to login myself a few minutes ago and I was able to, the $9.35 there was still on there. If you wanted to you could just spent those $9.35 right now and claim I was the one who stole it. We'll never know for sure who took the money of it, will we?
