Walrus, the scammer

The trade explained: Agreed up on service of fire cape 07, traded him 1M GP, shipped 10$ on paypal. Then he started making excuses not being able to do it, schoolwork, etc. Then he claimed I have attempted a chargeback. Then we talked it out, and he agreed I didnt attempt it, and admitted that his paypal is limited because he is unverified.

How he scammed: Deleted me off skype, hasnt returned 1m 07 gp or 10$ paypal real money. The account had been with him for almost 3 days, and my bank pin can be cancelled in 3 days, so I logged in to see if everything is okay. The request for pin cancellation was made. The most obvious proof that HE IS A SCAMMER, is that pank pin was cancelled, and that he lied about being on a high wave my account, since until today, I still havent gotten more than a few thousand ranged xp. I will reveal the name of my account to a mod only, so he can check it on crystalmathlabs tracker.

Please ban him. I don't know why he tried to scam me, he had 20+ successful firecapes done... NOW I have made a chargeback on paypal.

There is a possibility that his accounts were taken over by someone else.

He is trying to make good now. Promised to refund my troubles tomorrow. We will see.

 

Let me know if he refunds you, if not I'll be banning him. He's got 24 hours.

I have a feeling that he wasnt "hacked" and always was in full control of his accounts. After getting "back" his accounts, he promised to refund me, but hasnt done so, and has ignored my skype messages for 2+ days.

I have no hope any more.

 

Banned, he can't just not do the cape and not show proof that you've charged back. He can dispute his ban if he'd like to with proof.
