Reporting 1994 Scamming multiple people!

So this guy "1994" had a thread called accounts for sale and had multiple accounts in them, he told me it was theirs, so basically i find one nice acc for 50m and i buy it from him, I offer to use MM, but it was my first time buying an account so i just say ok fuck it. He shows my the account then i pay him, then he keeps stalling and stalling saying hotmail isn't working as i will show in a couple of pictures now, then he says yup it's working now, 5 minutes later he deletes me from skype, turns out he stole that account from someone and stole my 50m. He said he doesn't trust "25$ donors" as MM's. lol.
