We agreed to swap IKOV GP for Runescape 07 GP

He made me go first, and I agreed as long as we do small increments.
At first he said no, that small increments will get the attention of the staff (I should have seen this as fishy). Eventually, he agreed to do 1b at a time, as long as I go first. So I did. Right after we transferred the 1b, he claimed I got him banned, that I am a mod. I challenged him to post a video of him logging in with that same username. He probably just tried logging into a banned account, and once the message popped up, he typed in the username of this account, pretending that one is banned too.

Below are screenshots of the skype conversations, as well as proof that it's him. I had it all recorded, but apparently I didn't press the record button -.-

I already blocked him on skype because some imposters pretended to be mods from sythe looking into the story and I got scared
