True. We are believe that we will stay this house for long time because my dad is a lecturer in The University of Sydney 15 minutes drive away from his work. My mum work General Manager clinic in Sydney 20 minutes drive away from her work. That's why i'm believe that we will stay here for long time.

Your dad is a "lecturer in The University of Sydney", your mom "work General Manager clinic in Sydney", they own a house worth 3 millions but they're cheap fucks and didn't invest in your education (according to your grammar) ?

I smell BS.
