Reported this again for reference, as I've said before he is posting the same copy and paste messages on threads which do not follow the correct format.

He is BUMPING OLD THREADS with these copy and paste messages, (from looking at the date and time of the post prior to his) he has been doing it all day and as a result pushing legit threads which follow the correct format to the bottom of the forums.

Please could someone do something about this asap.
