Hello Everyone. I just made an account here, but I've known about this site for a very long time. I'm new to botting and programming and I've been playing runescape on and off for about 4 years. I will use this thread to say "hi" to everyone for the first time.
I've been having a hard time finding an auto-talker that i can trust that doesn't type everything inhumanly fast milliseconds before it enters the text. So i decided it would be easier to just make my own, and here it is. (With Source)
Its programmed in VB6, and it uses the SendKeys() function, so it'll bound to be a little buggy. I've tested it myself and found that it works pretty good, but sometimes is will make little random mistakes. I didn't spend too much time on it.
Because i'm a new member i doubt i'll be trusted, so by all means scan/analyze the file, or if you know VB just look at the source and re-compile.

Before you download know this: The program starts from sub main() and installs The common dialog control ("C:\windows\system32\CMDLG32.OCX") then registers it it regsvr32.exe. I've been told by people who have used my other programs that this causes some very sensitive anti-viruses to go off.

If you don't care about the source code just run "Runescape Auto-Talker.exe"
