Introduction
Between Lucster and myself, we have TONS of experience. He has trained many types of these accounts, and I have done skill services along with a plethora of other black market services. Over 530 vouches and almost 20 accounts with 99 thieving, our experience speaks for itself! Even though we have a no refund policy, we have NEVER had an account banned during this process!

IMPORTANT!
We can either get you 99 thieving on a new account (as long as you give it members) or on an existing account. There is no minimum starting level, and the time estimate will be roughly two weeks to get both 99 thieving and 60m!

Rules and terms of service
The rules of trade are as follows:

No swaps. All posts asking about swaps will be reported as spam.

Do not spam about the thread prices.

Western Union / Paypal Only. Payment sent as Paypal Gift.

We do not go first. Unless your name is Finn, Pen, Mathew, or Ryan.

How long will this take?

Will I get banned?
In the 20 accounts that Lucster have done, NONE have been banned. However, for our own purposes, we do not offer refunds or any sort of garauntee against this.
