6. What type of virtualization is used?
7. HD says 1500gb of space on TD, but 45GB on site... I think you got the numbers backwards, and didn't list a bandwidth for the VPS's.
8. Disallowed software? Can I run a botnet? (not saying I would, but any IRC activity would lead to this)
9. At site, why does buying gold have a setup fee? That's absurd.

Take this as constructive criticism. You aren't going to make any money with a setup like this when people with thousands of customers and whole data centers already out performing your setups with better/more hardware for half your price... I honestly wish you the best of luck, but I don't see it happening.
