5. [ Sub-text or Quote ] Please type the secondary text as you want it.
6. [ Pictures You Would Like ] Please post a link to the picture.
7. [ Pixel Dimensions] Size you want your GFX request.
8. [ Any Relevant Information The Designer Should Know About ]
